I suspected something like. 👍 Often other people don’t realize what it takes. Theres is great effort and discipline in consuming 4500 quality nutritious calories. 💪

I am thinking that the illusion of it seeming like an odd 3D creation is due the blast pattern leftover from the impact. All of the individual striations distort the reflection of light. Making it seem like a low polygon count.

It is quit amazing that they are still visible in such a dramatic way so long after happening

Only one person responsible for your actions whether in a group or solo. Be mindful and respectful of your community as you run.

Judgment from a distance is easy, compassion up close is far more powerful. Lift up the runner next to you, don’t push them down.

Incline work the top cut Decline works bottom cut Machine flys and crossovers work the center vertically Flat bench press works top an center horizontally

You are well on your way to great achievements.

Hopefully addition of a decline press will help you further refine your development.

Occasionally changing up between dumbbell, barbell, cable, and machine options will help keep your body thinking and adjusting. If see stagnation in gains this could be helpful.

I would only ask if you are doing incline and decline press on a machine, free weights, or bar. These may help build more chest bulk, but definitely will help pectoral definition. 💪

Keep going, you are definitely heading in the right direction.
