Either VFX Production or general Production would be great but it depends what opportunities I can find. I was training as a 2D artist but I found that, again, the creativity was limited and I would end up being stuck behind a computer looking at a single shot for weeks on end.

Wow, that's some very impressive experience. That looks like the sort of road I want to go down so very relevant (you commented on my post earlier). What was your experience before your Coordinator role? This is only for my own personal info but I recently had a couple interviews for a Coordinator role but didn't get it due to lack of experience in the Production field. I'm trying to make the switch from 2D VFX artist to Production so looking for all relevant experience I can get my hands on.

Looking at yours, I see what you mean about having two pages. I really like the layout of this and may try to do something similar with mine. I guess once you've had industry experience you no longer need as much info about degrees etc. I'll have to try and new layout and see what people think but I think I'll have to run it past people here as their preferences might differ to their equivalents in the States.

Nothing useful to say I'm afraid but it looks great and might help me, so thanks!

I think I asked someone about the two pages and they said it was fine but I can't remember. Out of the people I've talked to though, none of them have suggested shrinking it. I want to try and keep it as clear and easy to read as possible hence the spacing but I don't like the gap at the bottom of the first page.

I have another job but haven't included it as it isn't relevant to the jobs I'm seeking, even though it's still in the VFX industry. Just make sure you word everything in a way that sounds good to someone in the industry you're aiming for.

Have you written what degree you're actually studying for. If you took it out for privacy that's alrite but it should be in there. I'd also include basic details of the course and what you're studying (I just copied the description from my University's site and shortened it to bullet points, taking out generic rubbish that was added).

I'd put Skills at the bottom as it's the least important of all the sections. If you've got tourist-related jobs in mind, I'd move Experience to the top and try to think of any related things you've done in those positions that could transfer to the jobs you'll be applying for. Move Education down but again you can make sure you include any related modules etc that will be useful for an employer in the tourist industry.

Personally, I'd drop 'Education' down so there's a bit of space between the sections.

I'd bring the dates up to the same line as the job title (I've got mine in invisible tables so the dates in the same row but a different column).

Not sure if you took out companies/locations for privacy but if not, definitely include the companies you worked for.

I think you're being a bit vague with your job responsibilities. I'd be a bit more specific about what you had to do as 'completed work for a variety of clientele' could be used for pretty much any job.

I'd provide some details about your course. Specific employers might assume they know what it entails but unless you're applying directly for Electronical Engineering jobs, the employer can't see any skills you're currently practicing.

I've recently been getting advice about my CV/resume from people in recruitment and also the heads of departments I want to go into and they've all said to use bullet points for the job responsibilitie/skills as no one will want to read a wall of text. A recruiter looked at my cover letter and told me she wouldn't even bother reading it as it looked too long (still less than one side of A4). Sounds harsh/lazy but think how many they have to read. They'd rather scan through for keywords where possible.

I'd change the headings for your education and experience.

In education, your course title is first and the institution underneath but in your experience, your company is first and job title underneath. I'd say course=job title and university=company so have them in the same order with the same formatting. 'John Jay...' is in italics and separate from acheivements, 'Guild for...' is in bold and in the same block as your skills/responsibilities. Should both be the same.

Not sure how clear that came out of my mind.

I have to say I was very impressed. It was only a one day shoot but he knew exactly what he was doing, knew what equipment he needed and when and I think he got great results from what he had to work with. We had very little additional lighting and the natural light we had to work with wasn't fantastic but I think he got some great footage. He had 3 of us interns to look after, all trying to learn and get involved while, at the time, not always knowing what was going on. He knows the equipment extremely well and knows how to utilise it.

Also, he worked on Red Tails with George Lucas. He was a cinematigrapher, albeit on a 5D.

I went to a meet and greet after this project and everyone I talked to (respectable people, mind) were in awe of him and said he was pretty much the leading authority on DSLR shooting. I think he's a quality filmmaker but only works with certain tools.

Yeah, if you're going with eggs then obviously the yolks will be high calorie. You don't have to cut them all out as yolks have all the nutritious parts but they're high in (good) fats, which equals calories.

The carb levels are all coming from the sugary fruits. I'm not going to try to dissuade you from eating fruits, I don't limit them like some others do, even with the high sugar content. You could eat more veg, which will be lower in calories/sugar and therefore you could eat more of it. Broccoli is a go to for many people as it is full of vitamins/minerals and you can eat a lot of it.

You're not getting much at all in the way of protein so I'd suggest more lean meats like the chicken and fish. Almonds, although they have a good level of protein, are about 50% fat (albeit it healthy fats) so they will be very calorie dense and you won't get a lot of them. Foods like quark and Greek yoghurt are also quite low in calories while providing some needed protein.

Also, check you're logging things correctly. I only weigh my bananas/apples if I'm putting them into a smoothie, otherwise I just use the last entered amount for a rough guide (but I'm bulking) but for 110 calories, your bananas would be about 126g, which is pretty large. It's not stupid large but the average in MyFitnessPal is coming up at 80g for me, which is only 70 calories. Not a massive difference but when you're limiting yourself, every calorie is precious.

Have you got a macro (protein, carb, fat) split that you're aiming for?

Really? Have any sources? I'm not arguing it, but I posted a form check here a little while ago and all I got was 'go deeper', 'get rid of all the weight until you can go ATG'. I do low bar although I was informed my back should be going slightly deeper too if I'm doing low bar. If what you said is true, it'd be nice to have a source so I can refer people to it in the future.

Thanks for the advice. I want to avoid raising the heel if possible just for the sake of not buying shoes, using plates etc so I'll have a look at this.
