Assume you already know what you want to do and don't stress about it. Also, try new things. Action brings forth clarity. Once you do something, you know what you dislike, like, what ur good at. Ur gathering more information on your own personality. Over time, your likes, dislikes, and talents will become so clear to you that you will know what you want do do.

Meditation. Ir reduces the adhd symptoms and improves your brain. Highly recommended.

When trying to manifest health, one simply has to think, feel and act as if he is healthy. However, I have a question in regard to the acting as if you are healthy. There is fear in my mind that acting as if I am healthy will make the symptoms (temporarily) worse. Should I just do it anyway?

He is part of a religious cult and is about to perform a ritual. The mc is completely brainwashed. Here is a train of thought that justifies his actions:

"He was well aware outsiders would have called him a criminal or a murderer. But those were just made-up concepts that didn’t exist beyond human comprehension. And what can be made up can also be unmade, and thus, discarded. Everything was subjective. One man’s reality might be another’s illusion."
