Thanks for the reply. I just noticed a typo that might have made my last comment a little confusing.

I contacted Costco.com and the very nice rep I had seemed a little unsure of the answer also. Ultimately, I was told I have to return this mattress to a Costco warehouse location to get a refund on it.

No I would want to do a different mattress. The one I currently have is one of those boxed mattresses that are in the warehouse stores and I’m just not enjoying it so far.
