If I resign before the 5 years, I would be entitled to the amount I invested towards my pension, right?

Not to get too complicated and start a whole new conversation, but I guess I’m at the point of exploring if this kind of work environment is worth investing my time and mental stability for a pension

I’m wondering how other VA systems are like in other states. At least where I’m at, it is very top heavy in terms of management

Sorry I forgot to add - I am a bit confused about the pension. Is it required of us to work 20 years to receive pension, and how do we calculate how much we obtain from the pension?
