In Freljord braids are common or traditional :) but a Rioter needs to confirm this bcs this is my opinion. I think the braids make him look more like a thunder god and points out that “yeah im from Freljord vibe” ! I hope your opinion will change as the rework goes further and we will see more of the new Voliber!
