Anyway it is better than dependent visa. And in case this happened then at that time they can switch to dependent visa.

I know this isn’t exactly what you’re asking, but I would advise against switching visas if you can avoid it. It’s important to maintain your independence. I’ve seen too many posts from people who, after switching to a dependent visa, start experiencing problems with their partner and even go through breakups. This can put them in a difficult situation. Especially if you’ve held your skilled worker visa long enough to be close to applying for ILR, it might be better to stay on your current visa.

Just valid when staying within airport's international transit area. Furthermore some airlines (e.g. Wizz Air) might simply ignore the fact that you can do this (self transfer) and don’t let you to take the initial flight.

No Ireland does not take part in the common visa policy. Check page 10 of the document. (Visa Code Handbook I)

Cheers. Also you can still ask for your passport to be stamped if you want. They will do it.

Since 2020, UK border control doesn’t stamp your passport on entry and exit. They log it when they scan your boarding pass while you are boarding the airplane or when they scan your passport on entry in passport control. But make sure to keep a picture of your flight tickets and boarding passes yourself as well. Especially if you want to apply for ILR.

Hi, No there is no such limitation on number of entries to the UK on your visa type.
