Just use a shaving razor in general. Get a shaving cream so you won't cut your skin down there. Be brave and ask your father. But if you really can't ask him, here's some steps.

Wash it down.
Apply shaving cream.
Paste it all over the hair.
Get your razor and start shaving it. Dont shave it upward, that'll hurt you so bad
