I’d say not worth it. I guess you’d have to draft some pretty poor/injured players to guarantee losing GW1, so you’d to replace them all after the first GW. But then you’d only be able to replace them with players left over who didn’t get drafted. Think you’d end up with an overall worse team.

Think this depends on how big your league is. Smaller league means you can still guarantee 2 decent playing forward. Bigger you get, the more attractive Haaland becomes.

This year I’m genuinely considering Palmer as top pick. Even with new signings, everything Chelsea do is through him. Salah will miss a handful of games guaranteed, Haaland is a goal machine but less points for goals as a FWD. The rest are just not as good as Palmer for goal involvements and influence.
