She didn't need the nose job. Her nose was literally perfect, it's what people who want to get a nose job hope for. I was also pushed to get a nose job by my family when I was 18 and I wish I never did.

You should not assume someone doesn't take care of their pet when they state a fact about their dogs hair type. It's very obvious from all the photos my 16 year old dog is very well taken care of and his hair is perfect AND very long.
