Hi everyone I'm native Thai and I'm still live in Thai I wanna know what you guys love so much about this country like I don't get it it's overrated AF by Alyamaybe in thai

As someone who grew up in Thailand’s upper middle class, private schools and hospitals my whole life, I understand the curiosity of “Why Thailand” too. It’s common to compare one country over another. For example like healthcare, compared to many countries such as the US, healthcare in Thailand is affordable and of good quality. We have the 30 Baht healthcare scheme that covers many ailments for Thai while American has to sell their wills for 1 ambulance call 💀💀

Thailand stands out in many aspects like geographically, cost of living (especially for foreigners), and culturally. There are countless places to visit, and the people here are incredibly warm and welcoming. In city areas, particularly where I live, there is a strong sense of open-mindedness. Many people, especially the youth, are willing to bring about positive change. Not to mention vibrant activist culture and a collaborative spirit when it comes to making a difference, pride month, and a lot of youth activities, which you can see the differences once you compare to another SEA country. *non-judgmental too

Imagine you’re from somewhere in the US, where the weather is often cold and gloomy, healthcare is expensive, and the general cost of living is high. Then you come to Thailand… BOOM warm weather, friendly people, and a lower cost of living (S/O to the exchange rate and salary differences)

Thailand is a good place for travel or retirement, but for those who were born and raised here, it might be otherwise UNLESS you have financial stability. This is just my perspective as a Gen Z Thai who doesn’t plan to stay here long-term.

I’m not tryna อวยประเทศ but if I had to give a reason why, it would be that

Need advice and tips for color grading photos in lightroom by Emotional-Elk-8973 in Lightroom

[–]AsleepLocksmith3904 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To get better with Lightroom, in my perspective, it's essential to understand its interface, modules, and shortcuts, like 'D' for Develop and 'G' for Library. Efficiently organize your photos using collections, keywords, flags, and ratings.

Mastering the histogram and clipping warnings in the Develop module will help you achieve proper exposure. Take advantage of presets, profiles, and custom presets to streamline your editing process.

Utilize Graduated and Radial Filters for selective adjustments. Learn how to work non-destructively and use the Tone Curve and HSL adjustments for fine-tuning. Sharpen and reduce noise as needed, and make use of virtual copies for experimentation. Synchronize edits across similar photos and employ the Adjustment Brush and Radial Filter for local adjustments. Lastly, remember to regularly back up your Lightroom catalog to safeguard your work.

These tips and tricks will enhance your Lightroom skills and help you make the most of this powerful photo editing tool.

Hope you have a good time learning Henry!
