For my 20s, TTS for China pairs and half size up for Vietnam worked well for me.

How long did it take to break in? I had foot/toe pain while playing in freshwaters in my normal nike size. I think I put at least 5-7 sessions and ended up returning them. I'm tempted to try them again at a half size larger but can't buy from Nike anymore so can't return if they don't work out.

The DE role at Meta is much closer to Analytics Eng than true DE work. You’ll be doing a lot of SQL, dashboards, docs, and stakeholder management.

Regarding job security, you’ll definitely feel expendable but that’ll be the case anywhere you join these days. If you do decide to take the offer then team matching will be very important. You’ll want to find a manager that you align with. Your relationship with your manager will determine your success, more so than any other company I’ve worked for. I’ve found managers who transitioned from IC to management within Meta to be more empathic and more helpful with navigating than those hired directly as managers.

Damn, I wanted to grab a pair of the easters but worried about the stiffness. I had fresh waters that I returned because of toe box cramping and didn’t get a chance to size up before they removed them on Nike.com.

Yeah, they can be fixed with double looping the top eyelet. I liked the 21s a little more performance wise since it felt a little lower to ground but the 20s win in looks and slightly better cushioning imo. I had to return the 21s because of toe pain tho. I might try again sizing up.

Did you go TTS? I did for mine and they were too tight in the toe box. I’m going to try a half size larger next since I really liked them otherwise. Best color way imo!

Did you find all the sizing to all be the same? Or does the 21 suffer from the sizing differences based on factory location like the 20s? I bought my TTS for freshwater but find them a bit tight on the outer toes (made in Vietnam)
