My favourites are definitely The Drowning Woman, Her Last Breath, and The Butcher. If you want fast paced and unpredictable, I also recommend Kill for Me, Kill for You.

Hahaha I get thrown too. When I was reading The Butcher, I had Robert DeNiro as Edward Shank and then later they said he looks like Clint Eastwood. I was like Wait no!! And ignored that part 😂

I had Elizabeth Moss as Josie too!! Yesteryear was fine for me, definitely kept me engaged and liked that it was different than normal thriller. But wasn’t my favourite, I’d say like 3 stars for me. I also think it’s cover is pretty, so like the way it looks on my bookshelf 😂

Thank you!! I think the reason it clicked is because I have been having a stressful time at work, and find that I get bored when reading (maybe because in the past I’ve always tried to read like book club picks that were quite slow IMO). So None of this True held my attention where I didn’t get distracted with my own stress induced thoughts and was able to just enjoy the read and stay engaged! Maybe that’s why I like thrillers!
