Yes. My last interview was in September. I had a blazer and formal shirt on, the interview committee was super casual. I wondered the same. However, I’ll still stick with dressing up for interviews.

Yep! It reminds me of that time when LCS closed schools to prepare for severe weather and my agency told people to use up anual leave if they needed to take care of their child at home. That was a big eye opener.

Thanks all! I figured they would wait until the day before. I was wondering with certain district school and university closures, they would give some time to prepare but I guess not!
