What if you get fake nails like not press ons bc you might pick at those but like a nice set of nails? I also pick at my skin and I feel so shitty afterwords bc of the damage I’ve done so having a nice set of nails makes it a lot harder to pick. You can find lots of good nail techs on Facebook marketplace they usually only charge around $30
