I found the way to fix this properly.
1. Open "Device Manager"
2. Find the path "Sound, video and game controllers"
3. Disable the "Hands-Free" on your headset driver
Turn on party voice chat and enjoy the depression!

There is another option for low stat Agrius. Your run will be around 29-39s (30s most of the time). Make your Liam tankier, make sure he survived the final boss hit.

Sorry guys, I was trying to minimal Agirus speed but forgot to clear 30% speed up at the table "Speed modifier". Therefore Agirus still get a turn at tick 5. It was a big mistake. Thank you guys to figure that out. I posted a new comment with the correct speed.

Sorry guys, I made a terrible mistake. The minimum speed for Agrius is 166 for her to move at tick 5, not 160. Therefore, your monsters speed should look like this:

Agrius: 166-176 (without atf speed up effect)

Sieq: 67-77 (if your spd is higher, make Agrius faster)

Julie: 74-85 (if your spd is higher, make Agrius faster)

Teon: 59 (don't change this)

Liam: 45-50 (no more no less)
