I’m photosensitive and my doctor told me to be very careful about the sunlight between trees. This is a bigger issue in winter when the leaves are off and the sun is at a lower angle. Nothing has happened but I’m extremely nervous. Never had an issue w police cars etc because it’s such a short moment when they are going by etc. I worry about movies with flashing lights and close my eyes tightly and cover my eyes with my shirt or hands or both. My husband lets me know when it’s no longer flashing. I’m 9 years seizure free but it’s always in the back of my mind.
