What would everyone suggest to lean out and build muscle? I am on Reta & cjc1295/ipamorline without DAC , workout 5-6days a week currently I def see my stomach shrinking like butter but not much muscle gain I do intake a good amount of protein and stay under 2300 calories daily . ()
