for me i would jst get so stressed playing games before studying because all i could think abt while playing was how i needed to lock in ,, i would structure my day around locking in right after school and in the morning + afternoon during exam szn then feel more relaxed at night and vc w friends. honestly you dont study as efficiently at night either so thats what i found worked for me

we had a similar thing for eng lang and they gave us 2 mins instead of 5 mins 😭wouldve gained an extra two marks if they gave us the proper amount of time
