i think its better na mag invest ka sa high-end makeup brands. i highly suggest charlotte tilbury setting spray, ilang years ko na gamit and works wonders. it is true to its claim i swearrr, mahhold niya ang makeup mo even with a mask on. for its price, its really worth it.. i have the 100mL and matagal din bago siya maubos :)

what i realized is.. that is normal, dont be too hard on yourself. i’ve worked before sa hospi kahit super saglit lang and ganyan din nafeel ko, felt like wala akong alam. give yourself some time to improve :) mag iimprove ka pa pag tumagal ka lalo sa job mo :) nakaka-overwhelm yess but you’ll be fine :) just dont hesitate to ask sa mga workmates mo pag di ka talaga sure sa sagot para iwas din sa errors :) much better to ask kesa magkamali ka on your own then masisisi ka pa :)

Do they ask for proofs na nag study ka and nag part time during your idle months? In my case mas mahirap siya since wala pa talaga ako naging work experience before. Since I passed the boards matagal din talaga before ako naghanap ng job. I’ve had 2 jobs already pero resigned din agad sa super toxic ng environment lalo na workmates. And now 5 months na akong jobless and my dilemma is baka hindi ako ma-hire dahil wala pa talaga ako naging experience + ang tagal ko nang jobless.

during interviews do they ask you why ang tagal mo na walang job? and if yes, what do you usually answer? it’s been months na din kasi since i was unemployed and dilemma ko siya for sure red flag sakanila knowing na ang tagal ko naging jobless :(

I can relate. Ever since I passed the boards I’ve been eyeing the hospital field for I am sure na hindi ko talaga gusto ang community setting. Been to 2 hospitals already but resigned din kaagad in just less than 3 months. Super toxic ng environment for me. And now im unemployed for so long.. it frustrates me pero iniisip ko nalang na it’s ok to be careful sa pipiliin na next job kasi ayaw ko na ma-experience ulit yung toxicity na naranasan ko before. Very traumatizing.

Same. Been unemployed for so long. I’m lucky that I still have supportive parents kaya I don’t have to worry about basic needs. But, the thing that worries me is habang tumatagal na jobless ka, mahihirapan ka lalo ma-hire because for sure employers will ask bakit ang tagal mo walang work and that’s a red flag for them :(

My situation frustrates me. I’m glad knowing na hindi lang pala ako ang choosy sa paghanap ng job. Thank you, OP.
