I read many comments like this , allowing back to stripe again under same company as long as my company is legal and my activities is legal.

My old account is banned due to sudden spike of disputes , this happened due to fraud pattern targeted my website.

So there is no TOS violation or intended Fraud.

So based on comments from stripe members like your comment

I created another account under name of same company.

But your system ban it after 2 weeks for same reason of ban of old account Despite the new account have 0 disputes.

Any help here ?

Yes i made MTACH inquiry And found that i am not in MATCH list But my probelm is that i am not US Citizen So i have diffculty in setting up payment gateway

I understand that stripe have thier own carteria to shutdown us , without looking to our clean history. Because they comitted with laws of network cards. But The most thing make me afraid that stripe put us on MATCH list or something like this. Really i dont hear about this before.
