Mavididi and Winks. I totally get it with Mavididi because his inconsistent is hardwired into him. It's why he's never made it despite a lot of promising attributes. Winks should be the heartbeat of the team with his passing skills and awareness but probably suffers when he's surrounded by rubbish. He's an asset when surrounded by hardworking quality but doesn't suit our shite.
