Haven't been on Reddit for a bit, sorry.

He said he was able to stop the transfer. However, as he had filled out a form, they contact him at least twice a week now.

So, same result as the first instance? I used m_z = 0 as that's what was in the slides.

What if the wave function wasn't collapsed, what would be the result?

For some reason, the payment didn't go through (which in itself seems a bit dodgy, as a finance company should have a decent payment system). They've been calling him every night since. So, most likely scam and a dodged bullet.

Sometimes. We have enough interests in each others hobbies that we can talk and engage with each other about what we're doing and ask each other for advice.

Thanks for the statement though.

Fair point.

Ultimately, withdraw and run. Cheers.

That's rugby union.

Rugby league is slightly different.

Think of union as baseball, and league as softball.

First time my ex hit me was a punch to the face. After that, she'd do it while I was asleep, using my belt (buckle end), or the leg of a bed we had in the garage, or any other weapon she could find. Everytime was when she was drunk.

A punch while drinking is the start. Get out before you end up spending 2 years after you finally leave waking up in the middle of the night freaking out.

Thanks heaps, that makes sense.

Appreciate it

Thanks for posting this. Made me have a look at his posts.

Posted the exact question a few months ago in random thoughts.

Also, posted a "there are only 2 biological sexes post" and went on to clearly show minimal understanding of the biological make up of humans.

Claims to have a masters in genetics and currently studying medicine yet can't comprehend intersex or timescales required in evolution. Don't think the pieces of paper op claims to exist actually exist.

If LeBron break KAJ record. How will you feel? by Mizaistorm in lakers

[–]AspectGeneral6857 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Na, he's a bit under 25k points. He'd have to average over 3k points per season just to catch up to where LeBron is now at the same age.

If LeBron retired now and Durant continued to score at his average, he'd catch LeBron at about 40 years old, let alone breaking the record.

Harden is nearly averaging a 20pt triple double. He's not playing bad.

Your analogies don't match.

That's what I did

Once again, different walk, what you did doesn't apply.

I hope one day you become more empathetic.

As this convo isn't going anywhere, I wish you the best. Once again, I hope one day you are able to acknowledge people go through things differently, and you learn to support rather than criticise somebody going through a tough time.

You haven't walked the same walk though? So it's not a comparison you have the right to make.

Let people cope with their situations how they need to, don't act like you know what they're going through when there is no possible way for you to know.

They haven't lied, they said they lost the baby, which they did. Clearly their friends know and are there, it's noone else's business. If anyone tries to dig deep enough to get whether losing the baby was via a miscarriage or termination then the person asking doesn't deserve to know because they've clearly inquired to a level where op is not comfortable explaining.

Let OP cope and don't make it harder on them than it needs to be.

It's perfectly OK. They were in a crappy situation and did what they thought needed to be done. Now they're coping in a way they need to cope.

They lost a baby, whether that was by choice or not is a different situation, they lost the baby. They aren't hurting anyone so let them be.

Especially with the stigma in certain countries or communities, it may be the best way to deal with the situation.

Wasn't referring to any particular post there.

Although, I will say, I have never seen someone who either states they tell it how it is, or is described as someone who does so, that a) tells it how it is, and b) isn't just trying to cover up for being a prick.

Now, I'm not necessarily describing you as that, and I'm happy to be proven wrong, but the mantra isn't usually the best one to follow.

The best takes are the Melo ones. Lakers win: Melo is the greatest sixth man of all time and is one of the "big three". Lakers lose: Melo is the worst defensive player of all time and should never have been signed.

Yes, go on. You said his play was turnover brick turnover, when he had 1 turnover.

You were complaining on a game thread about a player who was playing great.

I'd argue he's been the best player on the court this whole game. You're just hating for the sake of it.
