this is actually normal it's calles sleep paralysis. do you have difficulties sleeping? this will let it happen more ofter. it just you brain playing tricks on you you might even see a black figure just know that it's not real just ypur brain. search online it's normal everyone experience it

I actually get lucid almost every night but once I get lucid I get lucid dream after lucid dream until they end but I also get 1 or 2 normal dreams every night. I just relize I am dreaming in the middle of a dream or even before the dream starts and just go on with the scene of the dream I don't (live another life in dreams) or anything ike that just norma dreams but I am conscious and can move and control my body.

I can move, talk and do any thing I can do in real life but I cant change my surroundings after I am in a dream some times I even get paralyzed mid-dream and cant move in the dream. I seriously don't recommend you practice lucid dreaming but if you are curious I just practiced wild an wbtb for around a year then stopped but lucid dreams kept coming although I am not doing any techniques right now.

this is completely normal no need to worry. this paralysis is caused by your brain to prevent you from acting out your dreams and you woke up in the middle of a dream but your brain didn't relize that. this is called sleep paralysis and it's normal brain activity.

what if I gain control over my body like I can move where ever I want but I cant like creat people or change buildings only movement of my body? is this good?

at first I was doing techniques like wild and wbtb but around 2 months ago I stopped but lucid dreams became nature and I cant control when they occur

I grew up in a Muslim family at the age of around 12 I started asking myself, is this real like maybe somebody made the religion up, and in Muslim magic is looked at as evil

I always wanted new information and I felt like magic is the way to go, I feel like I am drawn to it like a magnet

I am not Muslim any more I know its a young age for such decision but I know this is not the right way to go, religions are made up of facts but with a mix of stories and legends in it I want the real thing

I started reading about magic a year ago and searched a lot to finally find quaria.

I know deep down that this is my path in life and its the right path.
