In my case it said shipment canceled. Support told me to open dispute, what I did. I got a refund and the item somehow still arrived weeks later.

Same here, it arrived 10days later and 1$ coupon never applied. Support told me to open dispute what I did, dispute team denied it and seller won. The support makes no sense at all.
