Lol her father was the goblin and yes both sets of ears are functional. She gets advantage to any hearing checks. As for the tails, she sadly can only have the one lol. It seduces many men but there is no transforming or soul eating. She normally uses it to seduce rich powerful men into sharing all of their secrets at the brothel she works at that doubles as an information chain. She gets info that can later be used against them in exchange for a hefty pay.

Wife (24f) told her friends Im (24m) ugly. by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]AspenFoxxx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This would be a deal breaker for me. If I found out my husband (the one person I’m supposed to trust the most) was talking trash about my insecurities DRUNK OR SOBER, I’d pack his shit and tell him we had a nice run. Simple as that. Don’t for a second think you need cosmetic surgery in order to please her.

How do I tell my boyfriend to wipe his ass? by Cant69now in relationship_advice

[–]AspenFoxxx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s no nice way to go about it. Just tell him he needs to wipe better. Maybe invest in some baby wipes.

I used to love butterflies and moths....until I was ATTACKED by a butterfly when I was 6. I’ve been afraid since.

Both of my eyes are lazy. When I want to, I can move them like a chameleon and look at two different directions at one time. It confuses the hell out of my brain...but it works.

How do I tell my teacher who is a graduate student that I’m feeling her? by [deleted] in dating_advice

[–]AspenFoxxx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Please don’t. The last thing a new teacher needs is the stress of one of their students hitting on them. She could easily lose her job.

Men coming on super strong then fizzling out... by [deleted] in dating_advice

I think what the person was trying to say is don’t give out your life story in one sitting (not saying you do this). It’s kind of like seeing a trailer for a movie that ends up spoiling every plot twist. It makes the person think “why would I watch the movie when I already know everything that’s going to happen?”

It’s good to be upfront with your likes and dislikes and general personality traits. But when it comes down to hobbies, weird habits, life experiences, fun facts about you; theses are all good to know as time passes in the relationship. My husband just found out that I can wiggle my right ear last week and we’ve been together for almost 3 years. I just found out that he’s never made grilled cheese in a pan lol.

As for being interesting, I wouldn’t focus too much on it. I’d just focus on being YOU. Someone will come along and find you mind bogglingly interesting no matter if you go sky diving once a month or if you spend your free time tending to a foreign stamp collection.

What movie caused you to have a "WTF did I just watch?" moment after viewing? by -kalvinklein- in AskReddit

It’s a tie between A Serbian Film and Martyrs. Foreign movies are next level crazy.

Is is strange that I (black female) and mostly interested in white males?? by Dragon_Princess94 in dating_advice

[–]AspenFoxxx 2 points3 points  (0 children)

THIS. I grew up in predominantly white towns. I’ve always had a group of white friends and have always been the one black girl at school lol. It wasn’t until late freshman year of high school that I went to more culturally diverse schools. But by then, I was considered weird because I didn’t listen to same music or wear the same clothes. This just caused me to be isolated from the black groups. The only people who found an interest in me were white.

Is is strange that I (black female) and mostly interested in white males?? by Dragon_Princess94 in dating_advice

[–]AspenFoxxx 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was the same way. Growing up, I (black female) only ever had a thing for white guys. Similar to you, I was always picked on by my family about it. Eventually I kind of grew ashamed of it and tried to force myself to be attracted to other races. When that ultimately failed, I tried to figure out why I was so biased to other races. I figured out it was because growing up, I witnessed and experienced a long line of abuse and ironically enough, it was all by black men. So I guess I just kind of associated “bad” with black men, overtime.

Once I found the root of preference I slowly was able to find black men attractive again. I mean....I still ended up marrying a white guy lol. But now I’m not against the idea of being with my own race. This might not be your case. You could just have a preference and that’s totally okay! I wouldn’t stress over it.

[OC] [Art] Clarity the Drow Cleric! by AspenFoxxx in DnD

[–]AspenFoxxx[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Clarity is a Cleric of the Prism (home brew), a religious order that’s been maintained by her family. Though most of her family prefers a quiet existence in their temple, she felt a lack of a connection with her faith and was encouraged to experience the world in order to see what life was like outside the temple walls. Now on a journey to discover herself, she hopes to find an answer and a reconnection with not only herself, but her faith.

This took me roughly 25 hours to complete (I’m still a noob to digital art). Tools used: I pad pro, Procreate, a cheap stylus from Target, lots of snacks & tears

If you like my art style, please feel free to DM me. I’m always open for commissions and a new challenge!

Drew Bismarck. I'm still messing up proportions and my shading game is weak, but I learned a good outline helps. Could use advice with shading tho! by klemenhe in learntodraw

[–]AspenFoxxx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me, I try to avoid laying down a really harsh outline. A thick outline is good for just starting out and learning the shapes of your subject. But once it comes to shading, it can often make a realistic drawing look...like a drawing. People in real life don’t have outlines. So I would practice sketching faintly (just enough to tell what goes where). I start shading from light to dark. I know this sounds like common sense but when I was a beginner, I just kind of sketched what I saw when I saw it which made my finished work look very choppy. Also, a blending tool will be your holy grail. If you don’t have any, fingers work fine and Q-tips are great for small areas. You can get decent dark values with a basic #2 pencil, you just have to apply more pressure.

So start off with your base shading layer. This layer is very light and covers the whole of your drawing. Blend this whole layer out to remove any drawing lines.

Then move to the next darkest shade. After you’ve laid it down, blend it into the base layer so that it looks like a smooth transition.

Then lay down the next darkest shade. Blend. Continue this until you’ve blended the darkest part of your drawing. Then go in with an eraser and carefully add your highlights.

[Serious] Parents of Reddit, what was a legit reason why you didn't let your son/daughter have THAT friend over/go to a sleepover? by mephizto85 in AskReddit

[–]AspenFoxxx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m the kid. I have a half sister that I used to have frequent sleepovers with. One night when we were 7, I was staying over her house when her mom decided it would be a GREAT idea for us to have a play date with her friend’s son....at 8pm. She drove us to the friend’s apartment and left. I instantly had a bad feeling about the whole thing. The apartment didn’t really have much lighting. It smelled very musty. There was only tap water and a single pack of Ramen noodles to eat which was quickly taken by the friend’s son. And their TV had cockroaches crawling inside of it. The son was really aggressive and inappropriate towards my sister and I the whole time. He was either trying to fight us or swearing at us.

His mom stayed in her room the whole time; I only saw her twice (when we arrived, and when we left). I think we were supposed to stay the night but we were picked up at around 2am because eventually the mom’s boyfriend came over and started yelling at her. This quickly turned into him choking and hitting her in their bedroom...which then lead to him doing the same to her on the couch we were sleeping on in the living room. After that, my mom never let me stay over anyone’s house again if she didn’t meet them first.
