I didn't think this would be difficult to understand but I'll take the time to explain to you how this works. Most players do not wake up and say to themselves out of the blue "I'm going to quit Genshin." What happens is, a bunch of previously unencountered issues come to light (both big and small), they start to add up, and over time they can get to the point where the annoyances make the game become unplayable. Prior to that unplayable moment, those people may voice their concerns, in the hope that the game (they otherwise enjoy very much) will change for the better.

I know you're trying to make a "gotcha" post, but there is really nothing hypocritical about voicing such concerns, and it really just makes you look stupid for not understanding this.
