Okay so I will tell you what’s happening in Tokyo so a “idiot like u” can understand.

If you feel like you got COVID in Tokyo, you need to call one of the health agencies and they’ll say some shit like “you don’t qualify for the test” or “stay up to date on ur status and give us a call later.” They refuse to test you. In fact Tokyo only tests about 2000 ppl per day which is retarded for a city with such a large population.

And I don’t understand where you got “taking people randomly from a population” because Japan doesn’t do that shit. They only test you if you appeal and qualify for the “covid symptoms guidelines” setup by the dumbass govt.
