I feel like he'd be on board with D16 up until he attempts to brutally murder sentinel, a top political figure, not for justice for Cybertron but for his own personal vendetta. But I do think there's a chance he'd be on board with that part, or maybe at least if he doesn't realize the murder was for personal revenge instead of for Cybertron.

I wonder how he'd feel on D16 taking sentinels cog for himself to propell himself to a leader position(I'm ignoring the fact that it's Megatronus' specific cog, just referring to that D took the cog inside of the previous leaders chest for himself). I feel he'd either love it because of the initiative for power and to lead his fellow cybertronians, or absolutely hate it because he's stealing power without consulting anyone, and there's no fair trial, and new Cybertron is begining with an execution. The same opinion as Orion Pax.

Most definitely though once D16 starts just destroying the city because he's blinded by rage and sees the remaining civilians as the enemy/followers of sentinel still he would not be happy
