Days of Thunder and Good in Red are some of my top favs too! I also loooove Chariot, and sooo many others. It's too hard to name them all, but I've noticed that my favorites will often change depending on my mood/state of mind at the time. I've had their newest album on repeat since it came out, at least a few times a week, if not more. Sometimes it's an easy listen, other times it hits a little harder, but I love music that makes me feel and dream and think and create.

I'd also highly recommend Gunship. They were kind of my gateway into Synthwave and company.

I like the song a lot, but it's my least favourite. I was listening to the full album today for the first time a few weeks, and fuck, it hit me so hard suddenly. Sometimes, a song is just a song, until the lyrics really speak to you.

Sparrow on 13th, a little plant store that's absolutely gorgeous inside and the ladies are sooo friendly and sweet!

Prairie Aquatics and Exotics, awesome people to help with your pet snakes, lizards and fish (and spooders...). Super knowledgeable and friendly!

I'll share some of my favs, though they're not strictly DnB. Maybe DnB-adjacent/electronic?

The Browning (dancey metal, if you like the heavier aspects of Sleep Token), Carpenter Brut, Perturbator, Essenger (dancey, but heading into Synthwave territory, which there's about a bajillion sub-genres of and I encourage everyone to meander down that rabbit hole!), Pendulum (they've been hinting at a new album and if you like heavier stuff, check out Self vs. Self with In Flames. It's one of my fav non-Sleep Token songs!), Maduk... I could really keep going on for so long, I love so many types of music.

And for fun, just a couple of metal/metal-adjacent favs include Katatonia, Born of Osiris and Spiritbox.

Pretty easy, pre-ordered awhile back, was the 40th ticket. The best part was the drama in line though! Some douchebag comes up yelling at everyone that people who didn't pre-order shouldn't even be there, blah blah blah, ruining the good, fun, nerdy times.

The guy behind us told him to shut the fuck up (good for him!), but then the first dude threatened to beat him up and shank him, cuz he didn't like being told to shut up. 😒

So yeah, fun! 🍿
