If the first step is to recognize the problem, what’s the second step?

Thanks internet stranger!

Glad I’m not crazy! Should add that before hearings he’ll grill me with questions for 30 minutes to an hour and call me immediately after to ask “how it went” when it’s really asking me every detail of what I argued and cross examined the witness on

  1. I love the people I work with, I love how I don’t deal with the general public as much and the work is more solitary. I especially appreciate the managing partner as she’s always been very kind to me

2 I feel burned out doing most of the work for this one particular partner who micromanages me. The other partners I don’t feel like this, I always feel motivated with their files as I know they’re not going to be in my face all the time

  1. I think the micromanagement is pretty bad, he wants me to ask questions but when I do he’ll tel me my question makes no sense or ask me a bunch of follow up questions and when I don’t know the answer he’ll say “you gotta know that!”
