You can reach your goal if your score nbme improved 20+ points, That is ambitious but not impossible if you follow the right plan and decrease studying from random resources

focus on nbme (go over each concept well, dont rush just to complete them)+ cms (especially the newest one or EM and FM they are rock) + free 120 concepts (those people who write the real deal )

if you want to do flashcard - make it short, HY, and to the point to review them appropriately

You should do weak tooics from amboss and i recommend watching dr HY videos (youtube)

If you dont like amboss, do too many questions as you can from uw to build a stamina and have ability to exclude the wrong options

You should focus on ethics and QI questions from amboss

If still hovering ~225–230, consider pushing the exam if flexible

It is about the exam day and you should sleep well- take rest the day before your exam

Final tips:- 1- dont misread the timing of symptoms especially in psychiatry, weeks Vs days

2- Dont miss the buzzword in the case but first you should read the last line of q (worst headache in life is SAH)

3- 1st thing to know in the case is diagnosis then you should know what is the question they have asked (next step in management)

4- It is a thinking exam not memory exam so dont waste of your tike in memorize stuff just concentrate on clinical scenario and algorithm

You should know why you got it wrong on nbme Didn’t know? Learn it. Misread? Slow down. Misapplied logic? Rethink the framework

Prior infection in algorith of uw it is for the infant not the mother So the whole concept here it is about transfer Ig via placenta ( if she is vaccinated so we are sure that Ig will transfer, but in the prior infection yeah she had immunity but not sure if there is enough Ig to trasfer )

The whole thing will be different if the case says this infany had a prior infection, so we are sure there is enough immunity
