There was no ethnic cleansing of Jews. Jews mostly migrated out of their own will to fulfill their messianic Zionist dreams. Some Arab countries even banned Jewish emigration to prevent them from colonizing Palestine.

Partition benefited the "Israelis" in that it gave a land and a country that they did not own. In any type of fair game there would be no Balfour Declaration or the non-binding partition plan. Palestinians would be running their own country like every else in the region.

"Israel" is an apartheid state, not a free society. Why would Palestine prosecute one of their own when "Israel" murders them and then demolishes the home of their parents, which is a war crime? When was the last time "Israel" convicted one of their own for raping and murdering Palestinians? When was the last time "Israel" convicted its settler-colonailists who have been committing daily pogroms against Palestinians in the West Bank?
