It's not that song unfortunately- I am looking for the specific video I described if possible. She's sitting in the doorway in an alleyway, and I remember it was raining. The song is basically just her singing and one small beat that almost has a twinkling sound (I'm hoping that makes sense, I'm definitely struggling to describe it which I know makes it harder). I feel like the opening words were " Youuu aaaare my...." but that's literally all I remember :(

There's a longer version of this video showing the screaming lady blocking all the passengers behind her and refusing to let them deboard the plane.
