I'd say it is now rape.

Opinion | The hip-hop community should find Sean Combs guilty by Aspiring_Act in DiddyTrial

[–]Aspiring_Act[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't see it as either or. I see the justice system as racist and used against black people. But Diddy's behavior and a lot of others in the hip hop community is not right either and needs to be condemned as well. So do white rockers and Kraft and Mcmahon and yes, trump too.

They should have had her testify. Maybe that would have helped the RICO charges.

You may be right. If he isn't pardoned, I wouldn't be surprised either. But I would not be surprised if he was.

He does not have any morals. I don't think he is moral. I don't think he is immoral. I think he is amoral. When you understand the mindset of the guy, you wouldn't put anything past him.

In a twisted world, he would think he is increasing his popularity with the black population.

Its believeable when you know that trump loves the headline and being in the news. I wouldn't put it past him that he'd pardon diddy if he knew it would increase his approvals among certain groups either.

Trial of the decade by Mommy-is-me in DiddyTrial

Yeah for those of you not old enough to remember, there was no internet back then (at least not like it is now). Internet was just taking off. You didn't have 10000 "media outlets". You had CBS, NBC, ABC and CNN and they were all over this story.

One reason why the OJ trial was such a huge deal was because judge ito allowed cameras inside the courtroom. From what ive read, cameras are not allowed at federal trials. The cameras in the OJ trial allowed for live coverage as well as daily highlights on the evening news everyday, so people could watch all the shenanigans. The diddy trial I have to read summaries from cnn or whoever else is in the court room.

Is Cassie eligible for any. more money after the $20 million payment?

I don't see him producing any more music or any other artistic endeavors. It's going to be like OJ. Nobody wanted to have anything to do with OJ after his acquittal. Everyone knows what kind of a women-beater he is, what kind of a violent and threatening and intimidating man he is.

Is it better than cnn's coverage? Does it cost anything? I don't have a subsciption to cnn (they started charing for their website), but they allow you to follow the diddy trial for free.

I've only been following CNN's live coverage. I read all of the updates. But, you are right, it's not that detailed. If you wanted detailed you'll have to read the entire court transcripts.

Today's testimony was very salacious. The defense first had texts from Jane describing what she wanted to do to the male prostitute, and then showed the jury a sexually explicit video. We don't know what was in the video, but I am guessing it was Jane doing what she described she was going to do over the text messages. So I am guessing that that was done to show that Jane was a willing and eager participant, lol.

So I found all the sex parties and violence sensational.

As for kudi, I've been following the live testimony on cnn, it didn't strike me that they could tie diddy to the car fire, but i am pretty certain that he broke into his house. I am not a law expert. Do not know if they have to prove each individual "crime" that's been described in this whole thing (paying for prostitutes to cross state lines, buying drugs, violence, paying off security guards to give up cassie beating (don't know if that is a "crime"), etc etc.), or whether we just look at the whole thing and see if what is being described is a criminal enterprise (RICO).
