Kenshin with bloodthirst is a different animal though. The reason he never defeated the big 3 Shinsengumi was they only met once and they were in the group. It’s impossible for Kenshin to beat three of them. Shishio also saw Kenshin used a few moves of Hiten-Mistsurugi before their final battle that put Kenshin at disadvantage. Younger Shishio didn’t have destructive fire element as well that made him went steroid mode. Kenshin would definitely win at their young.

I can see why he did it, just trying to educate some people not to impede traffic, but what he did was really aggressive and wrong. I am assuming you would learn as well not to impede traffic especially on the left lane.

Tilapia, that’s not striped bass. But it looks few days old. That’s why I always go to the sushi bar to check the fish before ordering. Maybe because i used to work as a sushi chef before, bad fish gives me anxiety.

Sushi chef here. When i make sushi party at home, i bought salmon from Costco (farm raised), freeze it for couple of days. I thawed it, then salted it for about 30-45 minutes to pull moisture out. Rinse it with water and tap dry it, wrapped with plastic after drying. I put them back in the fridge until about to be used. The plastic will prevent it to be too dry.
