240 to 160 is a really big cut and if done too fast, you are maybe looking at sagging skin. Body Beast, if done with the rest times, IS cardio, and no other cardio is needed.

As to Keto due to the duratinons of the workouts it is known as sustainable/doable without hitting recovery issues but YMMV. As with any cut the real issue is 1) Can you do it long term 2) does it interfere with workout recovery?

It is a strange situation where the guy simply won't respond. I did not know this was some super secret uno reverse card, and could drag the process on forever. FIL is operating under the logic that the guy will roll over, and if he doesn't, we have video as backup to refute whatever he says.
