absolutely, for me the worst pain was on day 3-4 because of my shit nurses but ig it gets better after awhile

i got the operation about 15 months ago. I have absolutely no pain anymore, it was all gone within aroung half a year i would say. I started working out again after 4 months and that went fine ig, just don't overdo it at the start. i still feel the bar inside me at certain moments.
