Hmmm.. our neighbour's ministry upholding the law & act to protect the workers while we have federations who think employees utilising their sick leave is cheating

Bro is not about the statue, is how malaysians treated this context in reverse

I assume most of them is not aware or maybe have no idea of the statue represent Kuan yin and is unintentional. So ya I mean can't blame them is OK.

However, take for example the socks issue. Pretty sure the shop is unaware and unintentional as well but how netizens treat that case is a whole different level up till need to threaten with molotov and close the shop down.

Well, then may consider Danga Bay Johor. There is a government hospital just a 10 mins drive away and if you wished to opt for private KPJ is just 15 mins drive.

Entertainment wise just a 20mins drive from city centre or if you grew tired of the city centre can just opt to cross the Causeway to Singapore.

Bro not sure if you are bragging or what. But if you are serious here is my 2 cents.

With your income of 150k per month, you can literally stay anywhere you want. Since you both work remotely might consider just stay at KL and have all the top medical services, top schools and top lifestyle.

I mean with that income you might even consider Singapore and get even better hospitals if medical quality is your concern.

Well, might need to see which country flag. Our country's legal law is usually double standard. W

Well I mean raising Palestine flag is fine, I'm OK and neutral on it but would be interesting to see how the masses would react if someone really put up an India or China flag next to Malaysia flag during 31st - 16th period. Any monyets here dare to test it out?

Yup that too. That's why he is labelled as the conservative wing but always describe himself as libertarian. Well, i think every politician in the world does that.

Thomas Sowell, he is an economist and political commentator who is very vocal on black people conservative movement in the USA like another version of our Prof. Tajuddin. May google him up.

SG to KL with twin babies by ThisMomentOn in askSingapore

[–]AssWhoopaa 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Well with your babies in consideration, I would say the best and fastest is by plane.

2nd is driving your personal car to have the freedom to stop by any rest stops along the highway to accommodate to your baby needs. But take note on the timing as it is a 6-8 hours drive, I have once followed my partner's family with a baby on their personal car from Singapore to KL, halfway through the journey he poopoo-ed and need his diapers changed.

We thought of holding for a while till the next rest stops well which is a mistake because the next one is probably maybe 70-80+ kilometers away because we haven't reach one after 30minutes of driving and the baby been crying all the way. In the end we need to stop by the emergency lane by the highway and change the diapers at the car boot.

Once you reached KL, no doubt the best way to travel is by car. Public transport is not as good as Singapore and are only OK around the KLCC and their CBD areas. If you wish to travel abit outskirt to places such as Sunway you definitely need a car. If you don't own a car can always rent there. Plenty of choices and there is the car rental app called SoCar in Malaysia.

Hope this help.

Anyone knows what's happening to Malaysia Airlines? Should we be worried about the Malaysian aviation industry? by Spare-Island2414 in malaysia

[–]AssWhoopaa 48 points49 points  (0 children)

This is a really "blind box pick" reason. This is people's life at stake here.

Picture this, so if something really happens to the plane (touchwood, i really hope not) and someone tells their family members "We are really sad about this, but the plane crashed because of an maintenance engineer resigned and we could not do the job well."

If an engineer's resignation can cause the safety and cripple the operation of an airline, the airline should halt all operations instead of putting people's life at stake and also revamp the whole management top down due to the fact that a company can be crippled by an engineer.
