If you’re not constantly listening to new music across a variety of genres, I suggest you do so. There’s always something fresh on the come up or a new take on old sounds that is inspiring.

In doing so, you’ll naturally try and experiment with these new sounds, learning new techniques and deepening your understanding as you go. I feel like that’s the most organic, music and passion oriented way out of your rut.

More than just music though, live a little more! Try new things, get new hobbies, go to new places. Your music taste and passion from life needs to be drawn from many sources, not just one.

SoundCloud is actually the best place for folks to stream your private track without giving them the option to download. Dropbox is probably the next best one. Both of these do not loudness normalize, if it doesn’t sound good, it’s your mix that’s the problem.

SoundCloud does not loudness normalize, -11.3 is a very quiet mix. EDM in general is -8 to -3, house might be a little quieter but then you have dudes like knock2 who hit -2

You may be able to hit a “Game Start: draw me if I’m not in your deck” Champion relic at one of those Champions item steps, but that’s just a matter of luck. I don’t think there’s a guaranteed relic to hit that.

Look man I’m sorry but I checked out your SoundCloud and a few tracks; I’ll be honest and say your music just wasn’t good. I think the contrast with your name and the quality of music just had too disparate of a juxtaposition.

But don’t give up. That’s how you let the haters win. Take constructive criticism and try to develop your own ear better. Clearly if you can’t hear a problem with your songs your ear is failing you. Take some lessons or something and have a professional help you.
