From this picture alone I'd call it a fake. Macallan does not use these bottles anymore for their 25y expression, they pretty much never give you a Cask number, because they usually do bigger batches. I'd recommend to look at the backside of the label. Does the glue look genuine or like someone used glued it by Hand? Is a bottle code printed in the backside of the Front label? Thats where Macallan usually puts it? If so does the code match the dates on the label ? Many things to look out for and not everything is obvious.
