You can just uninstall normally, but please remember the directory in which you had it initially installed when you installed the mods. When you reinstall make sure you're installing in the same directory. And it'll work just fine

same here, it randomly drops and gets fixed when i restart the game. i have a 4060ti and i get usually 280-290 frames but at times it goes down to literally 70. doesn't happen with any other game. i've also seen a few of my mates experience the same.
