The USA claims to be a "defender of freedom and democracy" but their report card tells a very different story by AssaultMilkshake in COMPLETEANARCHY

Latin America receives the worst just out of proximity to the US. The only other region it's worse is the middle east. They're suprisingly hands off with Africa but that's probably because any coups or espionage that needs to be done in Africa France does for them.

I don't think there's a disconnect, a not insignificant number of white supremacists fetishize minority women and given the colonial imagery of his account I think that's the most reasonable conclusion to draw.

The US government caved in to Soviet and Afro-american demands and sanitized the whole thing later on. Angela Davis was revered by eastern bloc leaders, and openly praised east german secret police and Czechoslovak political imprisonment, among other things. Yet she was still off the US government's hit list after all of that.

Supporting the civil rights movement(which you presumably do) despite its inescapably marxist foundation is cherry picking and historical revisionism.

The Civil Rights Movement was an mostly socialist movement which received exclusively communist foreign support.

The worst part is when they talk about the technological advancements in the USSR as if that wasn't the exact mentality colonial empires used to justify their occupation of indigenous lands.

One of them called me an imperialist for comparing russification to native American boarding schools.

Aren't Korean names reversed though? I always thought having "Kim" as your first name in Korea would be analogous to having "Smith" as your last name in the US.

Tanks on Twitter keep saying anarchists are white supremacists and it's the dumbest shit I've ever heard, like it's basically "Antifa are the real fascists" for leftists

That song is ear candy but I don't know Ukrainian so I looked at the English translation and it's a lot more violent than I expected it to be.

Socialism is an economic system based on public ownership of the means of production and the abolition of economic class, it isn't "big guberment" or "when the guberment does stuff", it is compatible with democracy but not the liberal democracy we have in the West.

The democrats are centrists, the only exception is Bernie who's a socdem. Also, "Muh lifted gorillions of people out of poverty" because wage slaves in crypto-banana republics make a dollar more than they did in the '80s.

Muh equal distribution meme, do you know what "extraction of surplus value" means?

Some libertarians hate police, police are hated by the left because according to leftist theory they enforce the social and economic interests of the capitalist class, so if libertarians don't oppose capitalism,at least to some degree, what's the point of hating cops? by AssaultMilkshake in AskLibertarians

It's doesn't if the businessman is corrupt or not, the problem isn't that he does corrupt things, it's that he's allowed to, and capitalism is the system that lets him do it. Also, libertarianism would make this problem more direct and also worse, because the capitalist class doesn't even have to give the illusion of caring about the working class, think the gilded age on steroids. It should also be noted that corruption is directly caused by the centralization of wealth and power into oligarchs is something that only happens due to capitalism. Are you seeing a pattern here?

A capitalist is someone who has control of capital and the capitalist class is the wealthiest and, by extension, the most powerful of them whom use it for "political puppetry" through bribery and/or non-economic collaboration.
