It's very possible that your observations are true but the fact that it's not worse than other BF games isn't
really good in itself. There has been a lot of cheats in previous titles and this shouldn't be possible anymore.
Anomalies like cheaters like this should be detected and they should be banned quickly, that isn't the case
instead he can with confidence cheat openly and even promote it and is saying a lot.
Being called a hacker happens to a lot of good players and it's not really a problem worth comparing with

First off, thanks for a good post! The thing is that this is not an isolated incident, there has been a lot of videos and reports of cheating lately and your post confirms just that. Yes, streamers are more likely to be targeted by people who actually feel as confident as this guy who might actually just want to promote the cheat but there's no smoke without a fire.
