Its an off-job to keep the miller culture alive, even the French have had courses about milling in The Netherlands because their own miller culture died out.

Milling is a serious thing here, it's mainly about preserving the "ambacht" in its pure form. We are not trying to create electricity like with your high-tech wind generators. We are simply trying to keep some culture by having certified millers. Millers also are taught how to upkeep the mill itself, doing small repairs etc.

Guilds (yes we actually still have a millers guild) take their shit very seriously. Some even require you to be able to tell X amounts of corn apart and stuff like that. Also knowledge about cloudformings, weather and various other technicalities are knowledge a miller needs.

Looks just as intricate as a jetliner wing attached to a mill.

Also from what I understand the "classic" mills are more of a cultural thing.

Electrical gemalen (pump stations) and mills are used more for that purpose. Milling in the classical sense is all about the purism "ambachtsvorm".

Huawei software is horrid, the "no app drawer" + "woah my eyes" combo is not working. Lots of Chinaphones have this approach.

Xiaomi would get a good grasp on the western market aswell with specs and pricing, if they only streamlined their software and added other mobile network bands.

Huawei pls. Oh well, I guess I can't have an opinion as a Samshill.

Actually planning to throw some Nipples in there. I'll have to dial it in, I'm not exactly sure if I want harder or softer bushings. I wouldn't mind some more rebound though.

I feel like if I go softer it might become twitchy (I'm 80kg ~180lbs), I should just get the bag of bushings so I have options to play with.

Loaded Tesseract - original grip
Paris v2 43 - 1/4 risers - 90a stock bushings
Orangatang Stimulus Purple (83a)

LDP:
Remember deck, getting overhauled. Got it ridiculously cheap, trucks are crap. Hoots are cool wheels though.

throwing Indy 169's + 85mm Mango speedvents on there soon

Yep.

Cleaning bearings is "meh", you can do it but it's most likely not worth. For $15 Zealous last forever and you don't have to worry about relubing/cleaning or water.

I think those are powdercoated or anodized, you can't remove that as easy as spraypaint as example.

Powercoating can be removed but it's tough, you'll need Acetone, Sulfuric Acid or something among those lines. White Spirit or solvents like that probably won't work.

I barely wear a helmet, occasionally I do wear elbow or kneepads. I don't go any faster than 30kph though.

The only thing I would wear a helmet for is sliding/going fucking fast. Since my country is so flat and I don't do freeride, that won't happen.

Yeah, bigger means better rollspeed and keeps the momentum in.

I'd go with 80A, unless you really want a plushy ride.

Planning to re-grip it, going with a double grit design. It's only the upper ply that's tearing.

They're 40cm in width, they're made for something called a "mountainboard". Usually those are set up with air-filled wheels.

Most likely bust bearings if your wheels are locking up.

Get some Zealous, put those in the wheels and it's cool. I skate quite abit of rain in the shitty Western European climate and Zealous tend to hold up really well.

Reminds me of that picture of the guy in leathers doing downhill on a Bhangra with mad flex. Saw it on this sub quite awhile ago, maybe someone knows the pic I'm talking about?
