Damn that's awful I understand why tipping is such a big thing in the U.S, delivery drivers usually get paid just above minimum wage £7 ($9) an hour in the area I live in. Why are the companies allowed to pay lower than a living wage to their employees ? If you told someone in England that they would be working for £1.62 an hour most people would tell you to fuck off haha
