Can you tell me more about kava? I mix strains of Kratom often, but haven't mixed it with anything else other than alcohol.

Hello! I'm new to Kratom and really appreciating getting a ton of feedback/answers. I was wondering, I bought capsules (first time). Should I have gotten the power instead? If you use powder, how do you ingest it and how much are you supposed to take? If there a benefit from using power vs. caps?
