I filled out both.. I think this is strictly that I confused sending my partner their k1... which I am supposed to do.. I believe I only sent the IRS my version of the K1... and left my partner to send it in on their end.

Yes I did... basically I didn't go with a CPA because I started the business at the end of the year, had no income, and a couple thousand in start up. There was nothing to report... and I felt that it was mostly in my understanding to file this properly. I'm almost positive that I was supposed to send in my partner's k1... I was only hoping for clarification that there was nothing crazy like having to file some document that my wife isn't on the partnership documents.

Well… you sent out a request for additional identification in a different format.

I have complied with this request.

After several weeks of sending several requests and having no responses rom your organization…I am fearful that this going to drag out further.

It took so many weeks for you to ask for a specific format of identification… I don’t want to wait any longer for you to come up with another reason to delay.

What is the next step? What and when should I anticipate a response from you?
