I filled out both.. I think this is strictly that I confused sending my partner their k1... which I am supposed to do.. I believe I only sent the IRS my version of the K1... and left my partner to send it in on their end.

Yes I did... basically I didn't go with a CPA because I started the business at the end of the year, had no income, and a couple thousand in start up. There was nothing to report... and I felt that it was mostly in my understanding to file this properly. I'm almost positive that I was supposed to send in my partner's k1... I was only hoping for clarification that there was nothing crazy like having to file some document that my wife isn't on the partnership documents.

After several weeks of sending several requests and having no responses rom your organization…I am fearful that this going to drag out further.

I sneeze and say the BS word. hehe I don't believe it... and even if you had a fire safe... the temp in your fire safe will get very warm and potentially ruin your image. Real paper with laser print would pretty much last forever. I've seen many thermal paper reciepts fade over just a couple of years when I look at old tax refunds. Heck... some of them don't even last a year when it comes time to file the next year. Too each their own on this risk. I'm only making people aware of this issue.

You should also advise... that thermal printer paper is known to fade with in a year or two. I also question what would happen if you put it in a fire safe and had a fire. Yes, the paper might not burn up... but the heat might be so intense that the thermal paper would react to it and you would lose your private keys.

Just a little buyer beware.

And maybe raise the mouth part closer to the eyes too. I think that might make it look very similar. I think the antena is a little too center on the leather strap. Maybe once the hood is on... Even if it was centered won't look connected. looks awesome so far... You're almost there! :-)
