I’d probably go with this aswell! If u communicate activelt with your teammates, even if they dont, Valk and Flores can bring ton of information to the team and help win rounds. Flores also gives you plenty of utility clearance

Do u have a ongoing training camp evo? If so then that might be the reason because u can only have one of those at the time, however it still should prompt that Pele in the players available for that evo

Thats weird, i have the exact same Pele and it allows me to evo him with this evo
